Kilengule Health Foundation is a dedicated, non-political, and non-partisan organization rooted in faith, service, and compassion. Based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, we are on a mission to transform lives by fighting diabetes and championing healthy living across the nation. We work tirelessly to close the gaps in diabetes awareness, prevention, and equitable access to care especially in underserved and vulnerable communities. Through early detection, education, and sustainable health interventions, we are building a future where no one has to face diabetes alone.
Our comprehensive programs are designed to empower individuals and communities to take control of their health. From free diabetes screening camps and nutrition education to physical activity campaigns and culturally sensitive counseling, we make prevention accessible and practical. We bring wellness directly to the people through community workshops, school-based health initiatives, and faith-centered health talks that blend medical knowledge with spiritual motivation. We believe that living healthy is not just about managing disease—it’s about cultivating habits of balance, mindfulness, and self-care that honor the body as a trust from Allah.
